Corrugated Shields are a lightweight aluminum shoring shield that are intended for use in utility installation and repair applications. These shields are available in hydraulic and static modes.
They are constructed from corrugated aluminum sheets, heavy-duty waler rails, and 2” aluminum hydraulic cylinder struts with a spring-loaded contraction system.
Lite Guard Shields are a proven lightweight aluminum alternative to heavy steel trench shields that enables users to install the shields with much smaller, more mobile, and less expensive equipment.
Lite Guard has 6-inch aluminum panel walls and can be utilized in excavations up to 30 ft. in depth and 20 ft. in width. The excellent weight-to-strength ratio establishes the Lite Guard shield as one of the strongest shields on the market while expanding the range of applications for lightweight aluminum trench shields.
