We at Vandalia Rental are actively monitoring the ongoing developments surrounding coronavirus (COVID-19) and are taking the precautionary measures to prevent the spread of the virus. We care deeply about the safety and health of our team members, our customers, and the citizens of our communities.
We realize that during these uncertain and uniquely challenging times, normal operations and practices are insufficient. As an essential business, our team, equipment, and services are key to supporting numerous companies, governmental agencies, and organizations. To maintain our ability to support our customers through this crisis, we have taken precautionary actions to ensure minimal changes to get you what you need.
Considering Ohio and Kentucky’s Stay-At-Home Order, effective Tuesday, March 24th, for the safety of our customers and employees, we are temporarily closing our in-branch showroom customer service experience. To better serve you, we are implementing a ‘contactless drive-thru’ service for pick-up and return of equipment rentals. You will be able to remain in your vehicle while our Vandalia Rental team will work with you to complete your rental.
The ‘contactless drive-thru’ service will be available at all the Vandalia Rental locations in Ohio and Kentucky. In addition, delivery, and pick-up at your job sites and/or desired locations will continue without interruption.
Finally, we have implemented additional measures to protect all from the exposures to COVID-19; below are a few
examples:
- Social distancing among team members and customers
- Sales Teams to work with our customers via, phone, e-mail, video calls, and other non-contact methods
- Enhanced equipment and facility cleaning procedures
- Stay at home if potentially sick or suspect potential exposure to someone confirmed to have contracted COVID-
19 - Follow CDC guidelines for hygiene
